Ingredients
1 10-ounce package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup chopped roasted red peppers
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, combine the spinach, cream cheese, garlic, red peppers, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well blended.
Spoon the mixture into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the top with the Parmesan cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
