Ingredients
- 1 10-ounce package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chopped roasted red peppers
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the spinach, cream cheese, garlic, red peppers, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well blended.
- Spoon the mixture into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the top with the Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
