Hot Spinach and Red Pepper Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 10-ounce package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chopped roasted red peppers
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the spinach, cream cheese, garlic, red peppers, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well blended.
  3. Spoon the mixture into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the top with the Parmesan cheese.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
