Ingredients
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups quick-cooking oats
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/4 cup toasted wheat germ
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8x8 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix honey, brown sugar, oil, water and vanilla. Stir in oats, nuts, wheat germ, sunflower seeds, raisins and cranberries until evenly distributed.
- Press evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until golden brown. Cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before cutting into bars.
