Ingredients
- 2 cups of frozen blueberries
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon of cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
- 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons of butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with butter.
- In a medium bowl, combine the blueberries, sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix until the blueberries are evenly coated.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, melted butter, baking powder, and brown sugar. Mix until the ingredients are well combined.
- Spread the blueberry mixture in the greased baking dish. Sprinkle the flour mixture evenly over the top.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
