Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup milk
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, salt and baking powder.
- Stir in melted butter until all ingredients are combined.
- Stir in the cheese and milk until the dough is thick and creamy.
- Roll dough out onto a lightly floured surface.
- Cut dough into desired shapes with a cookie cutter.
- Place crackers onto a ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake crackers for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove crackers from oven and let cool.
