Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup half-and-half
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 pound cooked linguine

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  2. Add the diced tomatoes, oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the half-and-half and Parmesan cheese. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the artichoke hearts and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Toss the sauce with the cooked linguine and serve.
