Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- 6 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Filling:
- 3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Topping:
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup chocolate-flavored caramel sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch springform pan with butter.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon until combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and halfway up the sides of the prepared pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating until just blended. Stir in vanilla.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture into the crust and spread evenly.
- Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until center is just set.
- Remove from oven. Sprinkle the top with chopped pecans and drizzle with chocolate caramel sauce.
- Let cool completely before serving.
