Ingredients
- 1 ham, 2-3 lbs
- 1 cup of brewed coffee
- 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Place the ham in a roasting pan and bake for about 20 minutes per pound, or until a thermometer inserted into the center of the ham reads 145°F.
- Remove the ham from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Meanwhile, pour the brewed coffee into a small saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium-high heat. In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch and 1/4 cup of cold water until smooth.
