Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, rice, cheese, vegetables, soup, sour cream, and seasonings. Stir to combine.
  3. Transfer mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
