Ingredients

  • 1 pound Fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 cups of fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat.
  2. Add the fettuccine and cook according to package instructions.
  3. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the garlic and cook for about 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add the spinach and cook until it is wilted, about 3 minutes.
  6. Drain the cooked fettuccine and add it to the skillet.
  7. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and cook until everything is heated through.
  8. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  9. Serve immediately.
