Ingredients
- 1 pound Fettuccine pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 cups of fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat.
- Add the fettuccine and cook according to package instructions.
- Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and cook for about 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
- Add the spinach and cook until it is wilted, about 3 minutes.
- Drain the cooked fettuccine and add it to the skillet.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese and cook until everything is heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Serve immediately.
