Ingredients
- 8 slices of bread
- 4 ounces brie cheese, sliced
- 1 apple, cored and thinly sliced
- ¼ cup of chopped pecans
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic glaze
Directions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the apples and pecans to the skillet and toast for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Spread the brie slices onto 4 slices of the bread.
- Top with the toasted apple and pecans.
- Drizzle with the honey and balsamic glaze.
- Top with the remaining slices of bread.
- Cook the sandwiches in the skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the heat and serve.
