The Krank's Caribbean Mule

Ingredients

• 1/3 cup mango puree
• 1/3 cup coconut milk
• 2 ounces lime juice
• 2 ounces vodka
• 1/2 cup ginger beer
• Lime wedges and fresh mint, for garnish

Directions

1. In a tall glass, combine mango puree, coconut milk, lime juice, and vodka. Stir to combine.
2. Fill the glass with ice cubes and top with ginger beer.
3. Garnish with lime wedges and fresh mint.
