Ingredients

  • 2 swai fillets
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
    • Directions

      1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
      2. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
      3. Add the swai fillets and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until cooked through.
      4. Add the white wine and cook for another minute.
      5. Add the cream and cook for another minute.
      6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
      7. Serve the swai fillets with the creamy garlic sauce.
