  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup minced smoked salmon
  • 2 tablespoons capers, drained and minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons minced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper


  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, smoked salmon, capers, dill, red onion, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Serve the spread with crackers, bagels, crostini, or fresh vegetables.
