Ingredients
- 2 lbs. potatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Boil potatoes in skin for 15-20 minutes, or until tender. Drain and cool.
- Peel potatoes and cut into cubes. Place in a large bowl.
- Add onion, celery, mayonnaise, mustard, dill, salt and pepper. Mix together until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
