Ingredients

  • 1 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley

Directions

  1. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, garlic, teriyaki sauce, and ginger. Toss to combine.
  3. Grill the shrimp for 3-4 minutes, flipping once, until cooked through. Remove from the grill and transfer to a serving platter.
  4. Garnish with the freshly chopped parsley and serve.
