- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
Directions
- Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, garlic, teriyaki sauce, and ginger. Toss to combine.
- Grill the shrimp for 3-4 minutes, flipping once, until cooked through. Remove from the grill and transfer to a serving platter.
- Garnish with the freshly chopped parsley and serve.
