Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 4 slices of Swiss cheese
  • 4 slices of cooked ham
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Marinate the chicken breasts in the teriyaki sauce for at least one hour, or overnight.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  3. Lay the chicken breasts out on a baking sheet.
  4. Top each chicken breast with a slice of Swiss cheese and a slice of cooked ham.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter and bread crumbs. Sprinkle this mixture over the chicken breasts.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Serve with mashed potatoes or steamed vegetables.
