Ingredients
- 1 pound beef sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 onion, cut into wedges
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 pound mushrooms, cleaned and halved
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the beef cubes, teriyaki sauce, onion, bell peppers, mushrooms, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the beef and vegetables onto skewers. Place the skewers on the preheated grill and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked through.
