Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 onion, cut into wedges
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/2 pound mushrooms, cleaned and halved
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the beef cubes, teriyaki sauce, onion, bell peppers, mushrooms, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Thread the beef and vegetables onto skewers. Place the skewers on the preheated grill and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked through.
  4. Serve the kabobs hot with your favorite side dishes.
