Ingredients

  • 4 Mahi Mahi fillets
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Greek salad ingredients (tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, feta cheese, olives)

Directions
