Ingredients

  • 1 cup bulgur wheat
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumbers
