Ingredients
- 1 (5-7 pound) bone-in prime rib roast
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper
