Ingredients
- 2 Tuna steaks, fresh or frozen
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of fresh tarragon, chopped
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a medium bowl, mix together garlic, tarragon, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Place the tuna steaks in the marinade and allow to sit for 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add a little oil to the skillet and quickly sear the tuna steaks on both sides until they are golden brown and cooked through.
