Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cheddar, Monterey Jack, Parmesan, yogurt, mayonnaise, chives, parsley, garlic powder, black pepper, and onion powder. Stir until everything is evenly combined.
  3. Form the cheese mixture into 1-inch balls, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. In a shallow bowl, mix together the olive oil, bread crumbs, and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Roll the cheese balls in the breadcrumb mixture, and place them back on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese balls are golden brown and crispy.
