Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup diced pineapple
- 1/4 cup diced strawberries
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
Directions
- Preheat the grill to 400 degrees F.
- In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, ginger, black pepper and sea salt.
- Rub the salmon with the olive oil and then sprinkle the spice mixture over the top.
- Place the salmon on the preheated grill and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until cooked through.
- In a medium bowl, combine the diced pineapple, diced strawberries, diced red onion, chopped cilantro, and lime juice.
- Stir to combine.
- Serve the salmon with the strawberry pineapple salsa.
