Ingredients
- 3 cups of dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 1/2 cup of caramel sauce
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Directions
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine chocolate chips and heavy cream. Heat in the microwave for 1 minute on high power.
- Stir the mixture until the chocolate chips are completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Add the caramel sauce and vanilla extract, stirring until combined.
- Pour the mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish lined with parchment paper.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Once the mixture has chilled, use a small cookie scoop to form the truffles into small balls.
- Roll the truffles in cocoa powder and place on a plate lined with wax paper.
- Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for another 30 minutes.
