Ingredients
- 1 small sweet potato (cooked and cooled)
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1 tsp of ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp of honey (optional)
Directions
- Peel the cooked sweet potato and cut into small pieces.
- Place the sweet potato, banana, almond milk, cinnamon, and honey (if using) in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
