  • 1 small sweet potato (cooked and cooled)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 1 tsp of ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp of honey (optional)


  1. Peel the cooked sweet potato and cut into small pieces.
  2. Place the sweet potato, banana, almond milk, cinnamon, and honey (if using) in a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
