Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into small cubes

- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
Directions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the garlic, sumac, paprika, salt, and pepper and cook for 1 minute more.
- Add the chicken cubes and cook until they are golden brown and cooked through, about 10 minutes.
- Stir in the parsley, cilantro, and mint and cook for 1 minute more.
- Serve warm.
