Strawberry Shortcake Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter, softened
• 2/3 cup white sugar
• 2/3 cup light brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup dried strawberries, chopped
• 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
• 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
2. In a medium bowl, cream together butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
3. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt; stir into the creamed mixture.
4. Stir in the strawberries, white chocolate chips, walnuts, and condensed milk until well blended.
5. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets.
6. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
