Ingredients
- 1 (14.5 oz) package graham crackers
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (16 oz) package frozen strawberries, thawed and drained
- 1 (8 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press into a 9 inch pie plate.
- Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Fold in strawberries and spread over the crust.
- Spread whipped topping over the filling.
- Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
- Let pie stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.
