Ingredients
1 (14.5 oz) package graham crackers
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (16 oz) package frozen strawberries, thawed and drained
1 (8 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press into a 9 inch pie plate.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 10 minutes.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Fold in strawberries and spread over the crust.
Spread whipped topping over the filling.
Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
Let pie stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.
Interesting Facts
This Strawberry Frozen Pie can be made ahead of time and stored in the freezer for up to a month.
You can use fresh strawberries instead of frozen.
This pie is a great way to use up leftover graham crackers.
