Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork belly, cut into cubes
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Directions

  4. Add the pork belly cubes and cook until browned and crispy, about 5 minutes.
  5. Reduce the heat to low and cook for an additional 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve the caramelized pork belly warm.
