Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes, peeled and grated
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the grated potatoes, onion, garlic, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, chilli powder, salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the potato mixture to the pan and spread it out in an even layer.
  4. Cook the hash browns for about 8-10 minutes, flipping them occasionally, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Serve with your favourite side dish and enjoy!
