Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 1/4 cup quinoa
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease an 8-inch round cake pan with butter.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the oats, quinoa, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey, milk, oil, and egg until smooth.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
