Ingredients

  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, thyme, and olive oil. Mix until well combined.
  4. Using a tablespoon, scoop out the Parmesan mixture and place on the prepared baking sheet. Press down lightly to flatten.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the Parmesan & Thyme Crisps are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Let cool before serving.
