Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and dried cranberries.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine the honey, olive oil, cinnamon, and salt. Heat over medium-low heat until the mixture is warm and bubbly.

  4. Transfer the granola to a large skillet and cook over medium-low heat, stirring often, until the granola is golden brown and fragrant, about 10 minutes.
  5. Let the granola cool completely before transferring to an airtight container. The granola will keep for up to a month.
