Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup Key Lime juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon grated lime zest
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, coconut oil, honey and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
- Press dough into a 9-inch pie plate and bake for 15 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, key lime juice, honey, lime zest and cornstarch. Whisk until smooth.
- Pour key lime mixture into the pre-baked pie crust.
- Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Allow to cool before serving.
