Ingredients
- 1 (15-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together the crushed pineapple, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, pecans, Monterey Jack cheese, and sour cream. Pour into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix together the butter and bread crumbs. Sprinkle over the top of the casserole.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
