Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix together and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs until combined.
- In a third bowl, combine the Panko bread crumbs and pecans. Mix together and set aside.
- Dredge each pork chop in the flour mixture, then dip into the egg mixture and coat in the Panko-pecan mixture.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the pork chops and cook for 3-4 minutes per side or until golden brown.
- Transfer the pork chops to a baking dish and bake for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through.
