Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix together and set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs until combined.
  4. In a third bowl, combine the Panko bread crumbs and pecans. Mix together and set aside.
  5. Dredge each pork chop in the flour mixture, then dip into the egg mixture and coat in the Panko-pecan mixture.
  6. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the pork chops and cook for 3-4 minutes per side or until golden brown.
  7. Transfer the pork chops to a baking dish and bake for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
