Ingredients
- 1/4 cup popcorn kernels
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Directions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
- When the oil is hot, add the popcorn kernels and cover the pot with a lid.
- Let the popcorn kernels cook until they start to pop, shaking the pot occasionally to prevent burning.
- Once the popcorn is done popping, remove from heat and transfer the popcorn to a large bowl.
- In a separate saucepan, melt the dark chocolate chips and butter over low heat, stirring frequently.
- Once melted, pour the chocolate mixture over the popcorn and mix until all of the popcorn is evenly coated.
- Sprinkle with sea salt, mix again, and then transfer to a serving bowl.
- Add optional toppings of your choice and enjoy!
