Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2/3 cup milk
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Stir in melted butter and milk until a soft dough forms.
- Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for a few minutes until a smooth dough forms.
- Roll dough out into a circle about 1/2-inch thick.
- Transfer to a greased baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
