Ingredients
- 2 cups of dairy-free milk (almond, oat, soy)
- 1/4 cup of maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground cloves
Directions
- In a medium saucepan, bring the dairy-free milk to a low simmer over medium heat.
- Add the maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, and ground cloves. Stir to combine.
- Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring often.
- Remove from the heat and let cool for 10 minutes. Transfer to a pitcher or container and let cool in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Serve cold and enjoy!
