Ingredients

  • 2 cups of dairy-free milk (almond, oat, soy)
  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground cloves

Directions

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring the dairy-free milk to a low simmer over medium heat.
  2. Add the maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, and ground cloves. Stir to combine.
  3. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring often.
  4. Remove from the heat and let cool for 10 minutes. Transfer to a pitcher or container and let cool in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Serve cold and enjoy!
