Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper (any color)
  • 1/2 cup diced carrots
  • 1/2 cup diced mushrooms
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 pound cooked pasta (any shape)

Directions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the diced onion, bell pepper, carrots, and mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Stir to combine.
  4. Add the soy sauce and water. Stir to combine and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add the cooked pasta and stir to combine. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve hot.
