Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 3 cups of fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup of white sugar
- 2 tablespoons of cornstarch

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Place the pre-made pie crust in a 9-inch pie pan.
- In a medium bowl, combine the blueberries, 1/2 cup sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well and pour the mixture into the pie crust.
- In a large bowl, beat the egg whites until frothy. Add the cream of tartar and gradually add the 1/3 cup of sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.
- Spread the meringue over the blueberry mixture. Bake for 40 minutes or until the meringue is golden brown.
