1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
2 tablespoons tahini
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for topping

Directions

With the food processor running, slowly add the water and process until the mixture is creamy and light, about 1 minute.
Taste and adjust the seasoning, if desired.
Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl and top with a drizzle of olive oil, parsley, and cilantro.
Serve with crackers, vegetables, or pita bread.
