Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 (9 inch) unbaked deep dish pie crust
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, combine pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, spices and salt. Mix until smooth.
- Pour into pie crust.
- Bake 15 minutes in the preheated oven.
- Reduce the temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Continue baking for 40 to 50 minutes, or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool.
