Ingredients

  • 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and sliced (about 6 medium potatoes)
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 cup cooked ham, diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Place the potatoes and onions in the slow cooker.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the melted butter and flour until smooth.
  3. Whisk in the milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, parsley, and thyme until combined.
