Ingredients
- 1 package of frozen potato waffles
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 4 strips of cooked bacon, diced
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Place the frozen potato waffles in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until crispy and golden brown.
- Add the butter to the skillet and melt.
- Add the bacon to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until heated through.
- Sprinkle the cheese over the potato waffles and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
