Ingredients

  • 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup sliced radishes
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh strawberries
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, radishes, strawberries, and almonds. Mix well.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper. Pour over the salad and mix well.
  3. Top the salad with the feta cheese and serve.
