- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped peanuts (optional)
Directions
- Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips, peanut butter, Baileys, vanilla, and salt. Heat in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring after each increment, until the mixture is completely melted and smooth.
- Stir in the chopped peanuts, if using.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Allow the fudge to cool completely before cutting into small squares.
