Directions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes, and cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the collard greens and cook, stirring often, until wilted, about 4 minutes.
- Add the soy sauce, brown sugar, and salt and pepper to taste. Cook, stirring, until the sauce is thick and the collard greens are cooked through, about 3 minutes.
- Serve over hot steamed rice.
