Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless chicken wings
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup Sriracha
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a medium bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cumin, and black pepper.
- In a large bowl, mix the Sriracha, lime juice, olive oil, and honey.
- Toss the chicken wings in the flour mixture until they are completely coated. Place them on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes, turning once halfway through.
- Remove from oven and brush the wings with the Sriracha-Lime sauce. Return to oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove from oven and serve warm.
