Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander

Directions

Add the preserved lemon and chicken thighs, and simmer for 25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
Stir in the cilantro, and cook for 2 minutes.
Serve hot.
